At InkiBinki, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. While we do not offer cash refunds, we are happy to facilitate product exchanges under specific conditions.

Exchange Policy

You can request an exchange if you experience size issues or wish to change the color of your item, provided the following conditions are met:

  • Item Condition: The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Stock Availability: An exchange is strictly subject to stock availability. If the required size or color is out of stock, an exchange cannot be processed.

  • Delivery & Return Charges: All shipping and delivery fees for sending the item back and dispatching the new item must be paid by the customer.

Refund Policy

We maintain a strict No Refund Policy. Items once purchased cannot be returned for a monetary refund. We only offer exchanges based on the terms mentioned above.
