1. What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer exchanges for size issues or color changes, provided the item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags attached. Exchanges depend on stock availability, and all delivery charges are paid by the customer. We do not offer cash refunds.

3. Can I get urgent delivery in Lahore?
Yes. If you need your order urgently, we can dispatch it via ride-hailing services like InDrive or Bykea. The customer pays any extra delivery charges for urgent services.
4. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only deliver within Pakistan.
5. How do I choose the right size for my child?
We recommend checking our size chart on the product page before placing an order. If your child is between sizes or you prefer a looser fit, ordering one size up is generally best.
